The multiple award-winning 2019 Genesis G70 has received yet another significant accolade from leading third-party experts at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show. MotorWeek presented the Genesis G70 with its 2019 Drivers’ Choice – “Best Luxury Car” award.

“The ongoing favourable reception our new 2019 G70 is receiving from third-party industry experts including the staff at MotorWeek continues to inspire and motivate our entire global team,” said Erwin Raphael, Chief Operating Officer, Genesis Motor America. “G70 was designed and engineered to delight serious drivers and exceed the expectations of luxury sedan owners. This is our goal as we develop all new Genesis vehicles for their respective segments.”

MotorWeek has distributed its “Drivers’ Choice Awards” for nearly four decades, recognising trends and innovations in the automotive industry. Its list of winners serves as a practical guide for car shopping from a buyer’s point of view. Creator, Host and Executive Producer John Davis presented the award at the auto show.

“The Genesis G70 is simply stunning, and not just at first glance,” said John Davis, Creator, Host and Executive Producer of MotorWeek TV. “Designers took an expertly well balanced chassis, wrapped it in some of the most handsome body work to come along in years, and filled it with a gorgeous, high tech interior. One that can even include a clutch pedal and a terrific manual shifter if you choose. The G70 is our kind of luxury car indeed.”
