The perfect balance of sporty presence, sophisticated refinement and innovative technology define the all-new generation of the acclaimed Audi A6 Sedan. The first Australian customer deliveries are expected to take place in August.

  • Sophisticated luxury sports sedan with exceptional interior refinement
  • Powerful and efficient engines matched with confident handling
  • A6 Sedan 45 TFSI quattro starts at $95,500*

Completely redesigned from the ground up, the all-new Audi A6 Sedan brings new engines, innovative connectivity and infotainment technology, while establishing a new benchmark in contemporary luxury for the executive class.

The new Audi design language gives the A6 Sedan a more athletic, impactful presence and a more aggressive look, without detracting from its sophisticated air. From the wide Singleframe grille and distinctive Matrix LED headlight signature, down its taunt, muscular flanks that lead into a tapered rear, the Audi A6 Sedan strikes a perfect balance of sophistication with an obvious underlying sporty character.

The interior of the all-new A6 is at once luxurious and elegant, while embracing the very latest in technology and functionality. Like the exterior design, clean and purposeful define the stunningly executed interior, the new MMI operating concept dispensing with countless controls and switches for a clean, minimalist layout. The dual touchscreens (10.1- and 8.6-inch) have been designed as an integrated part of the dashboard, an aesthetic element with practical application. Haptic and acoustic feedback bring a familiar feel to new technology, while voice recognition and multifunction steering wheel provide the driver with even more options to control the A6 Sedan’s myriad functions.

The all-new A6 is also the first Australian Audi to feature the incredible Audi connect plus infotainment and connectivity functionality – to be officially launched on July 31st.

Before the end of the year, the new A6 line-up will consist of two petrol TFSI drivetrains:  the 55 TFSI quattro, with its 250kW/500Nm 3.0-litre V6 engine, will make its debut at launch. Soon after, it will be joined by the A6 45 TFSI quattro, producing 180kW of power and 370Nm of torque between 1600 and 4500rpm.

Both engines feature Mild-Hybrid Electric Vehicle technology (MHEV), with the 55 TFSI and the 45 TFSI utilizing 48- and 12-volt systems respectively. The 48-volt system functions as the car’s main electrical system and allows power recuperation of up to 12kW, plus start-stop operation from 22km/h.

Both powerplants are mated to Audi’s seven-speed S tronic transmission, and with quattro all-wheel drive and progressive steering as standard across the range, the A6 Sedan delivers extraordinary grip and handling to match its performance.

The Audi A6 Sedan has been given a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating, and it will arrive in Australia with the full suite of Audi driver assistance systems as standard, across the range:

Adaptive cruise assist with traffic jam assist

360 degree cameras with kerb view function

Front and rear parking sensors

Audi pre-sense front and pre-sense rear

Audi active lane assist
