MotoGP of Doha will go down as an instant classic as we witness history unfold again in the desert Race.

In a stunning MotoGP™ finish at the Tissot Grand Prix of Doha, GayCarBoys favourite, Fabio Quartararo, won in the closest top 15 finish in history. The Losail International Circuit is fast and furious, but this nail biter had everyone cheering.

A tight gap of margin 8.928 seconds between Quartararo and Oliveira beats the previous record of 15.093 seconds also at the Losail International Circuit. With 42 minutes of racing, riders cross the line in under nine in a brilliant show of skill and timing. Grand Prix motorcycle racing in 2021 is going to be a memorable season, and all for the right reasons.

Every manufacturer was in the top 15, with just 6.063 seconds between Yamaha, Ducati, Suzuki, KTM, Aprilia and Honda. The six manufacturers are creating real spectacle, cutting a fine margin helped by spectacular riders.

The first two Grands Prix has seen the 1st and 5th closest top 15 finishes in history. The gap between Qatar GP winner Maverick Viñales and Jorge Martin was just 16.422 seconds, just under 4/10 over Marc Marquez’ at the 2018 Dutch GP (Repsol Honda Team).
