The current model Pathfinder is still on sale, but the all-new Nissan Pathfinder will be in US and Canadian showrooms from the coming summer. Buyers can tick all the boxes for their new 2022 Pathfinder at Nissan’s website HERE.
2022 Nissan Pathfinder
The all-new Pathfinder, joins the all-new 2022 Nissan Frontier, to give Nissan a revamped model range. Other all-new models will include the all-electric Ariya crossover and Z Proto sports car.
Nissan Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant has been making Pathfinder since 2004. Nissan’s Decherd Powertrain Plant in Tennessee makes the engine.
The all-new 2022 Pathfinder has a completely new look slightly reminiscent of her big sister, the PAtrol.
Engine options are limited to the 284-horsepower 3.5-liter Direct Injection V6, paired to the all-new 9-speed transmission. As well as the new body, interior, and engine, there is an all-new Intelligent 4WD system. Its 7-position Drive and Terrain Mode Selector has programmes for on-road driving as well as the rough stuff off the beaten track.
For those wanting to clog up highways with campers and caravans, Pathfinder will tow 6,000-pounds worth.
Finally, there is an 8 seat option, or a new captain’s chairs option if you’re feeling really posh.. It joins the all-new 10.8-inch Head-up Display, 12.3-inch digital dashboard, ProPILOT Assist with Navi-Link and standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360.
Pathfinder promises a proper SUV option for families of all kinds, but we think the new look will also appeal to dapper gay couples and their dogs. It is just stylish enough to tackle the brand-conscious market head on.
