Australia’s Best Car Awards Embrace the Peugeot Revolution

Peugeot’s new 508 is a very special vehicle; great economy, great looks, great space, great quality and undeniable European cachet. And all for less than the price of a Commodore. It’s something that hasn’t been lost on the nation’s motoring writers, who have praised the car’s build, dynamics, style and value…especially its value.

And now the Peugeot 508 has been named as one of three finalists in its category in Australia’s Best Car Awards, the annual awards handed out by the country’s top motoring clubs including the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAC, RAA, RACT and AANT.

The Peugeot 508 will fight it out for the title of Australia’s best large car under $60,000 with the Skoda Superb and Ford’s FG Falcon.

“Okay, we have a pretty tough fight on our hands but our competitive edge is the sensational value,” said the General Manager / Director of Peugeot Australia, Ken Thomas. “And no one can deny the 508’s the best looking of the bunch…”

The Peugeot 508 sedan starts from $36,990 plus on-road costs.

Australia’s Best Car Awards will be announced on November 29.
