Cadillac is charging ahead—literally and digitally. As the brand reintroduces itself to Australia and New Zealand with a fresh, all-electric lineup, it’s also rolling out a suite of advanced connectivity features that promise to elevate the ownership experience. Say hello to Cadillac Connected Services, landing locally from late 2025.

Just one of several GM brands making a welcome return to Australia, Cadillac joins GMC and Chevrolet and all are getting a right royal touch-up.

Already standard in Cadillac’s global markets, this suite of digital features is finally heading Down Under, and it’s more than just clever tech. It includes over-the-air (OTA) software updates, the intuitive Cadillac Mobile App, and a new Connected Infotainment system with full Google built-in integration. In other words, you’ll soon be able to talk to your car, update its software while it sleeps in the garage, and stream your playlist on the school run without needing to plug in a thing.

All Model Year 2026 Cadillac EVs—including the already-available LYRIQ, and the upcoming OPTIQ and VISTIQ SUVs—will include eight years of Cadillac Connected Services from the date of first registration. Early adopters who’ve already taken delivery of a MY25 LYRIQ won’t miss out either. They’ll be invited back to Cadillac service locations for a complimentary upgrade, ensuring no one is left behind in the tech revolution.

Through the Cadillac Mobile App, drivers can remotely pre-condition cabin temperature, check their EV’s charge level, run diagnostics, lock and unlock the doors, and even locate the vehicle—all from their smartphone. Perfect for when you’re juggling kids, groceries, or just your inner diva.

Inside the plush Cadillac cabin, the new infotainment setup is housed within that signature 33-inch curved display, now featuring Google Maps, Google Assistant, and the Google Play Store built right in—no phone pairing required. It’s seamless, it’s chic, and it’s another step forward in making Cadillac feel more like Silicon Valley on wheels.

According to Jess Bala, Managing Director for GM Australia and New Zealand, this tech-forward rollout is about more than bells and whistles. “In today’s highly connected world, customers expect to be able to access everything they need from their smartphones,” she said. “The Cadillac Mobile App allows them to communicate with their vehicles and enjoy a whole new level of convenience and amenity.”

From OTA updates to seamless app control and premium Google services baked right into the dash, Cadillac’s new Connected Services promise a more intuitive, intelligent, and luxurious driving experience—one that keeps evolving long after you drive off the lot.
