Omoda Jaecoo has hit a new milestone in Australia, setting a fresh sales record in October 2025 with 565 units sold. Since its local launch in May, the brand has grown for six consecutive months — a steady climb that’s turning industry heads.

Leading the way is the stylish Jaecoo J7, which has already found more than 2,000 Aussie homes this year. It’s proving to be a hit with buyers who want something modern, capable, and a little bit unexpected — the kind of SUV that looks just as good outside a city café as it does cruising the coast on a long weekend.

Meanwhile in the UK, Omoda Jaecoo is celebrating an even bigger win. October sales reached 4,430 units, overtaking MG for the first time to become the UK’s top-selling Chinese brand. The Jaecoo J7 led the charge again, with 2,611 sales making it not only the best-selling Chinese model but also one of the UK’s top ten new cars for the month.

Globally, Omoda Jaecoo’s rise has been just as impressive, with worldwide monthly sales surpassing 10,000 units in September. The mix of bold design, sharp pricing, and fresh tech seems to be striking a chord with drivers everywhere.

And the story’s only just beginning. The fully electric Jaecoo J5 is headed for Australian showrooms in early 2026 and will take centre stage at Everything Electric Melbourne, marking Omoda Jaecoo’s next big move into the EV space.
