The Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace will be presented by A Langhe Sohne

The event is under two months away, and will bring many rare and exotic cars, some of which have never have been seen in the UK before. The 10th annual Concours of Elegance runs between  the 2nd to and the 4th of September 2022,in the regal surrounds of Hampton Court Palace.

Some of the stunning examples include:

Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato: from the ‘60’s, is chassis number 1093/R. With a 4.0-litre straight-six god for 170mph, the French Racing Blue was delivered to Jean Kerguen to then compete at Le Mans in ‘61

Ferrari racing 500 Mondial 1955 sports racer, with body by Scaglietti and Pininfarinia, is one of 11 Series II models ever  produced

ABOVE: 2022 Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace

1930 Cord L-29 was the first front-wheel drive American car. Its Lycoming 4.9-litre straight-eight engine had a 3-speed transmission and the Broughman is the rarest of the 4 body styles.

These rare cars are among many others on show at this September’s glamourous event, in the equally glamourous Palace grounds. While those above will appear in the main display, the Concours of Elegance has another 1,000 cars in a series of special features and displays, as well as a live collector car auction by Gooding & Co.

Concours of Elegance will feature champagne provided by Charles Heidsieck, picnics by Fortnum & Mason, as well as a collection of art, jewellery and fashion displays. Presenting Partner A. Lange & Söhne will once again showcase some of its most intricate timepieces.
