BRABUS 900 MINT and SUPERBLACK: 900PS Urus SE for Half a Million Euros

BRABUS has finally built a Lamborghini, and it’s as bonkers as you’d expect from the Germans who think 800hp is just a starting point.

Meet the BRABUS 900 MINT and BRABUS 900 SUPERBLACK — two interpretations of the Lamborghini Urus SE hybrid that push the plug-in SUV from its factory 800 PS to a frankly excessive 900 PS (662 kW). Because when you’re spending nearly half a million euros on a tuned Lambo, you want bragging rights measured in three digits.

Both models debuted at the FAT Ice Race 2026 in Zell am See, Austria — because where else would you reveal a 312 km/h super-SUV but on a frozen lake surrounded by aristocrats and influencers? The MINT version will set you back €498,000 (excluding VAT), while the SUPERBLACK comes in at a slightly more “accessible” €439,000. Neither price includes shipping to Australia, dealer markup, or the therapy you’ll need after explaining it to your accountant.

The Numbers Game

BRABUS’s PowerXtra LG40-900 performance upgrade adds a recalibrated ECU and modified engine management to extract an extra 100 PS from the twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8. Combined with the hybrid system’s electric boost, you’re looking at 900 PS and a staggering 1,050 Nm of torque. That’s enough to launch 2.5 tonnes of Italian-German excess from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds — half a second quicker than the standard Urus SE.

Top speed is electronically limited to 312 km/h, which BRABUS describes as “responsible” but we’d describe as “terrifying in an SUV.” The hybrid system still offers 60km of electric-only range, perfect for silently arriving at the Monaco yacht club before revealing your inner hooligan on the way out.

MINT Fresh

The BRABUS 900 MINT is the showstopper, finished in a custom “Mint” colour that BRABUS developed specifically for this model. The Monoblock wheels are available in four finishes — Platinum, Black Platinum, Shadow Grey, and full Signature Black — ranging from 23 to 24 inches. Inside, there’s BRABUS fine leather in Mint with black Alcantara accents, quilted in the signature BRABUS Ellipse pattern.

Carbon fibre appears everywhere: front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, and a roof-mounted spoiler. Illuminated BRABUS door sill panels and stainless steel scuff plates round out the look.

SUPERBLACK: For the Subtle Types

If mint green isn’t your thing, the SUPERBLACK offers the same mechanical madness in a more subdued package. Shadow Grey paint, Shadow Grey wheels, black interior with subtle grey stitching — it’s the BRABUS 900 for people who want to go very fast without being photographed quite so much.

Both models retain the Urus SE’s plug-in hybrid capability, which means you can theoretically commute on electrons alone while claiming environmental responsibility. Whether anyone buys a 900 PS SUV for its green credentials remains to be seen.
