Clocking up a staggering 45,000 miles across frozen lakes and snow-drifted tracks, Range Rover’s Arctic prototypes were pushed to their limits. The harsh, sub-zero conditions provided the perfect arena to validate the brand’s latest innovation: ThermAssist technology. Designed to slash heating energy consumption by up to 40%, ThermAssist ensures that even in temperatures plummeting to -10°C, the Range Rover Electric keeps its passengers warm, preserves its driving range, and maintains fast-charging capabilities. At the heart of the Range Rover Electric beats a new 800V high-voltage battery, the first to be designed and built in-house by JLR.
