Ford Australia is reigniting the flames of adventure with the return of the Everest Wildtrak, set to storm back into showrooms in 2025 for a limited run. With just 950 units of the MY25.25 Wildtrak up for grabs, this go-anywhere, tow-anything SUV will retail at $76,950, including GST. If you missed the boat in 2023, now’s your chance to snag this rugged charmer before it disappears into the sunset again.
Following record-breaking sales in 2024, which crowned the Everest Australia’s top-selling large SUV, Ford’s decision to reintroduce the Wildtrak was a no-brainer. “Last year’s sell-out success proved there’s a strong appetite for a rugged SUV with the luxury to match,” said George Thomas, Ford Australia’s Everest Product & Retail Marketing Manager.
The Everest Wildtrak flaunts its Aussie DNA proudly, engineered locally to handle everything from the daily grind to the great outdoors. Under the bonnet lies a 3.0-litre V6 turbo diesel pumping out 184kW and a hefty 600Nm, paired with a slick 10-speed automatic transmission and full-time AWD. Add its impressive 3500kg towing capacity, and this beast is ready to haul your camper, boat, or whatever adventure calls for.

Wildtrak exclusives include 20-inch machine-faced alloy wheels (or optional 18-inch all-terrain wheels at no extra cost), a Luxe Yellow exterior option, and bespoke Wildtrak badging. Inside, you’ll find a panoramic roof, embossed leather-accented seats with orange stitching, and a 360-degree camera. It’s a cabin that whispers luxury but shouts adventure.
For the ultimate road trip machine, the optional Premium Towing Pack ($2,900) ups the ante with integrated trailer tech like Pro Trailer Backup Assist and Blind Spot Monitoring with Trailer Coverage.
Deliveries kick off in Q1 2025, so clear some garage space because this SUV isn’t just a car—it’s a statement. Whether you’re towing a caravan to the beach or flexing Luxe Yellow in the school car park, the Everest Wildtrak is set to make waves, yet again.
