Hyundai has added an extra trim level to the 2022 Palisade range, in dealers from the start of September.

The Elite grade stans between revised Palisade (entry model) and Highlander variants.

2022 Palisade Model Range

  • Highlander now has additional features, and optional black Nappa leather, while manaing to stay at the same price
  • Elite variant is $1,500 more the previous base model, but now was more equipment
  • New base model Palisade is now $5,000 cheaper than the pervious entry level trim.

2022 Palisade Highlander has new body-coloured bumpers and side highlights, with 20-inch Calligraphy alloy wheels. Black Nappa leather is new, and available as a no cost option. Also available are the previous beige and burgundy leathers.

Elite gains additional equipment with seven- or eight-seat configurations.

Palisade Elite has a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen with navigation, a 12-speaker Infinity Premium sound system, heated front seats, a single-panel glass sunroof, rear privacy glass, a smart power tailgate, wireless smartphone charging, LED lights front and rear and 20-inch alloy wheels.

Entry level Palisade has:Qi  wireless charging,  an 8.0-inch multimedia system (

 

Powertrain

All trims levels have a  choice of 3.8-litre V6 petrol 2WD or 2.2-litre turbo-diesel AWD, and an eight-speed automatic.

“Palisade has been revised to provide an even more enticing large SUV flagship for 2022, with a more accessible range-entry model, value-packed new Elite, and enhanced Highlander,” Hyundai Motor Company Australia Chief Executive Officer Jun Heo said.

 

“Palisade continues to deliver an enticing blend of smart technologies and luxury features, in a seven- or eight-seater SUV package that is ideal for Australian families,” he said.
