Maserati to Reveals Ghibli Hybrid: A Sign of Things to Come

The spark that hit Maserati’s tower has given way to the brand’s electrification of the future.

On 15 July, the new Maserati Ghibli Hybrid will be unveiled.

“The very first Maserati Ghibli was designed and unveiled at Turin Motor show in 1966. It followed a tradition pioneered by Maserati with the glorious A6 1500 of 1947. It was a grand tourer. … That means exclusive luxury, elegant yet and bold design and progressive technology. And, of course, empowering performance.”

The 1949 A6 was one of the most beautiful cars ever designed, of that, or any other era.

Ghibli is Maserati’s “entry level” model, and is a 4-door grand tourer sedan.
