Subaru Wins Top Award in Roy Morgan Customer Survey


Subaru Australia has been awarded for class-leading customer service and excellent product in the 2021 Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards.  Subaru received the award of “Major Car Manufacturer of the Year “in the Automotive category.

The survey showed Subaru owners were the most satisfied in the Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Award. Roy Morgan’s enormous Single Source survey is the world’s most comprehensive continuing single source survey, asking around 60,000 consumers from all around Australia for their views.

The survey covers many categories where respondents name the companies they deal with, including Automotive. Satisfaction is rated against various set questions, allowing monthly customer satisfaction winners to emerge. This continues throughout the year, after which the annual award is given.

This is the win for Subaru in the Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards, and is seen as recognition of Subaru’s endeavour to deliver outstanding service and product to its customers.

Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine congratulated Major Car Manufacturer of the Year Winner: “Subaru has emerged as a winner at the prestigious Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards, that recognises businesses that provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the year.

“For the first time Subaru has been awarded the Major Car Manufacturer of the Year Award after winning nine monthly customer satisfaction awards in the category during 2021. Subaru had an exceptional average customer satisfaction of 91.4% during last year showing just how well Subaru has been consistently satisfying its customers.”
