TOYOTA GAZOO Racing launched its all-new GR010 HYBRID Le Mans Hypercar, to compete in the 2021 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). The reigning world champions and three-time Le Mans winners will defend their titles against new manufacturer competitors using the racing version of Toyota's upcoming hypercar road car.
The F5 is powered by an all-new Hennessey-built 6.6-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 1,817HP, which will power the car to a top speed beyond 500kph (311mph).
The French luxury car manufacturer, Bugatti, is now providing the answer to the question: what if Bugatti built a radically light vehicle around its iconic 8.0-litre W16 engine? The experimental study of the Bugatti Bolide is a track-oriented hyper sports car featuring a W16 engine derived from series production as powertrain combined with a minimal body for maximum downforce. It therefore promises to offer the ultimate Bugatti performance kick.
