Revised styling, upgraded safety and a raft of driver-assist technologies are the highlights of the Upgraded Nissan Navara, with a new PRO-4X Dual Cab model headlines the 2021 line-up.
The revised Navara continues its run in the fiercely competitive Australian pick-up ute market.

There are Seven airbags, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning and Intelligent Emergency Braking as standard equipment across all models.
There are now four key grades, where safety, engineering and technology upgrades were made
There are 4X2 and 4X4 drivetrains across three cab styles — Single, King and Dual Cab – and option of a six-speed manual gearbox or seven-speed automatic transmission with Pickup or Cab Chassis configurations. All models now have 17-inch wheels as a minimum, and a range of driver-alert systems.

Dual Cab Navara gains an increased payload capacity to a minimum of 1-tonne. The Pickup bed has a larger volume, and Dual Cab models feature enhanced brakes and a strengthened rear axle to maintain performance under higher payloads3. An integrated step is also featured in the rear bumper of Pickup models.
Navara is now fitted with trailer-sway control as standard across all models, and a towbar7 is fitted as standard equipment on all ST-X and PRO-4X models.
Navara has a roomy, wide-bodied cabin, enlarged front-wheel arches, an interlocked frame grille and on ST models and above, high-tech C-shaped quad LED projector headlamps have a fairly distinctive look.
Nissan Australia’s Managing Director Stephen Lester said the improvements and upgrades on the new Navara continue to underpin its place as a key player in the Australian market.
“There is no more competitive ute market in the world than Australia and the latest Navara continues to build on a package that’s trusted and respected by owners across the country,” he says.
“With a rugged new design, a broad array of new Nissan Intelligent Mobility safety features as standard and increased capability on and off-road, this is definitely the toughest and smartest Nissan Navara yet.
“Regardless of whether you’re loading materials, towing your van or at school pick up, the new Navara is certain to exceed your needs as an extremely capable and refined vehicle.”
The engine is a 2.3-litre common-rail four-cylinder diesel, offered in both single and twin turbo, with the latter now offered across more models. The single turbo for the new entry-level Navara SL produces 120kW and 403Nm, while the twin turbo produces 140kW and 450Nm from as low as 1,500rpm. Towing capacity is rated at 3.5 tonnes4 braked and 750kg4 unbraked.

Two new premium paint colours
Forged Copper has been added across King Cab and Dual Cab Pickup models,with Stealth Grey2 is exclusive to the PRO-4X.
Nissan has also introduced the PRO-4X, which provides enhanced features, styling, interior comfort and capabilities.
Available only as a Dual Cab Pickup with either a manual or automatic transmission, the PRO-4X sits above the ST-X variant, as a “halo” model that incorporates the design features, styling and refinements demanded by buyers at the premium end of the utility market.
