After 20 X-Trail, Nissan brings the all-new X-Trail to Australia in the very near future.
X-Trail has the usual internal combustion engine, X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE will be brand new to the showrooms. Nissan’s new e-POWER drives the wheels with an electric motor in a unique and interesting way.
The power for the electric motor comes from a new turbo-charged petrol engine which charges the battery, which then supplies power to the electric motor via an inverter.
The dual motor AWD system is designed to work with all Nissan’s electrified 4WD powertrains. e
Nissan has really put some thought in to how people use their cars. All-new X-Trail with rear doors open to 85⁰, and there are many storage options littered throughout the cabin. As well as 2 zones of climate control in the front, there is a further zone for rear comfort, and USB A and C chargers front and rear. This means you don’t need extra cables. You’re bound to have one that fits.

Nisan is now marketing its driver and safety aids as ProPilot. Other brands calls these features by many names, by they all do the same thing: reduce fatigue and stress while driving more safely.
The inclusion of a heads-up display projects driving data into the drivers eye-line directly onto the windscreen. Information such as navigation steps, driver assistance and current speed limit is where the driver doesn’t have to shift gaze to see it.

From September, 2022 Australia buyers can pre-order the X-Trail via Nissan’s website, as well as exploring exactly what is in the new model.
X-Trail deliveries begine with the internal combustion engine models in Q4, 2022, with e-POWER and e-4ORCE following in early 2023.
Which Versions of Nissan X-Trail e-POWER will be available in Australia?
Australian buyers will choose from X-Trail e-POWER with the e-4ORCE 4WD system in both the Ti and Ti-L trim levels. The X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE comes as five seaters only. Deliveries will commence in early 2023 and pricing will be released in the coming months.
