Honda Civic R and Civic e:HEV Now Complete 11th Gen Civic Range

The long awaited 235kw/420Nm Civic Type R and 135kw/315Nm Civic e:HEV will complete the range. The Hybrid is available now, with the Type R to begin deliveries from early 2023 Order books will now open for the Type R from 1/12/22.

“The newest addition to the Civic line-up features the latest iteration of Honda’s proven two-motor e:HEV powertrain technology, representing the next phase in our commitment to introduce hybrid variants of each vehicle line with the arrival of every full model change.

“The new Civic e:HEV LX is a dynamic self-charging, full hybrid hatchback that complements the design and technology of the 11th-generation Civic with exhilarating, electrified power.”

Although Civic comes as a hatch and sedan, only the hatch is available in Australia.

Civic Type R gets a 6-speed manual and along with other 11^th generation Civics, a more premium feel.
