Mazda releases Details and pricing for Facelifted Mazda CX-5

Mazda Australia Managing Director, Vinesh Bhindi, said the new model will better serve customer demand for self-expression, further expanding the SUV’s appeal.

“Versatility is synonymous with Mazda CX-5, and this update bolsters that quality; more uniquely defined grades grow the potential for customers to find their perfect fit within the range, selecting the vehicle that best suits their style and lifestyle,” said Mr Bhindi.

“It’s a significant update for Mazda CX-5, which remains an Aussie favourite and a mainstay in the Mazda line-up, soon to be joined by the first of Mazda’s new-generation large platform SUVs arriving in 2022 – the Mazda CX-60.

“With vehicle supply returning to pre-pandemic levels, Mazda is well placed to meet customer demand for new Mazda CX-5 and other models.”

If you struggle to see the difference, focus on the lights. Headlights have a pair of horizontally spaced, rectangular LED arrays, with rear lights capturing a similar looks and feel. To match the new lights, a new wing and front grille design complete the refreshed exterior look.
