Volkswagen to Add Touareg R Plug in Hybrid EV in 2022
World EV Day was a great time for Volkswagen to confirm its Touareg R, which is a plug-in hybrid. Australia should see the Touareg by late in 2022. This Plug-in Hybrid EV, uses an electric motor and a turbo petrol V6 to create an output similar to the discontinued Touareg V8 turbo diesel.
