Nissan's Cheaper Pathfinder ST-L for Under 60 Grand

Nissan has expanded its 2024 Pathfinder lineup by reintroducing the ST-L model, now available alongside the Ti and Ti-L models, for a total to three models in the range. The Pathfinder ST-L comes as either a 2WD or 4WD, and joins the reintroduced Ti 2WD, making a total of five different configurations.

We’ve driven Pathfinder on mountain tracks, rocky terrain, and high-speed freeways, and it lived up to Nissan’s promises. It was comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. The was a campness about it despite the immense butchness emanating from every pore.

Sriram Padmanabhan, Nissan Australia’s Marketing Director, emphasized the goal of making Nissan’s adventure-ready family SUV accessible to more people. The ST-L uses the same 202kW/ 340Nm 3.5-litre petrol V6 engine and nine-speed automatic transmission, and retains the same 2.7-tonne towing capacity as other models in the range.

The ST-L is equipped with many of the features found in the rest of the range. Pared down doesn’t mean poverty-stricken. The reintroduction of the ST-L means Pathfinder will be on more shopping lists.
