Despite the reputation for being completely uninteresting, little more than a collection of gormless public servants and stupefying government buildings, Canberra is a beautiful city set thousands of hectares of rolling countryside

2021 Kia Stonic GT Line Video Review

By |2023-02-28T12:57:19+11:00July 24th, 2021|3 Cylinder, Car Reviews by Brand, Car Type Search, City Car, Drive Wheels and Trans, Engine Type Search, Front Wheel Drive, KIA Reviews, SUV Small, Turbo, Video Reviews, Videos|0 Comments

Kia Stonic went on sale a little while ago, and its numbers, though already impressive, are set to explode once supply is sorted out. Last month, Kia moved 745 Stonics, a great total by any measure. That is still a fair way off Seltos’ 1097 and Cerato’s 2711. Numbers are good, but more Stonics would feature on driveways if only Kia could sort out the supply. Covid has strip-mined the auto industry with delivery promises left in tatters.

A week away in Kia’s Sorento S (Roadtrip) REVIEW

Kia Sorento S is the cheapest of the big SUV models. For cheap, do not read nasty. Everything about is class and elegance personified, except perhaps the seat coverings. Outside only a keen punter will spot the 17” wheels. Dressed in white, the base is defined by wheels that look just a touch too small, but smart none the less.

Can Audi E Tron EV Handle Mini Roadtrips

Audi E Tron May Be My New Favourite Car I took the boys for a mini-roadtrip Hunter for an E tron excursion. Audi makes a decent SUV, and E Tron looks positively svelte compared to the bloated BMW and bland Benz. Both have a decidedly generic designs that are about as exciting as a bat in the face. As [...]

Genesis was originally sold as a Hyundai’s posh model, before being scythed off as a separate brand. With the original model, private buyers were not terribly interested. Hire car drivers bought them because there was little choice around a hundred grand. In other words, they settled for it.

Toyota Prado Kakadu from Echuca To Sydney Roadtrip

Toyota Prado Kakadu Road Trip to the Murray The Murray River winds lazily through some of the prettiest country on the driest continent on Earth, Australia. Echuca is a beautiful inland port, once famed for timber and wool, but now a tourist mecca, especially for steam lovers. The road South from Sydney once did the same thing. Now, the Hume Highway by-passes all towns, and anything worth seeing. You can go from my front door in Sydney, to the outskirts of Melbs, while only passing through 2 sets of traffic lights. While that might thrill some of you, the consequence of a 4-lane road is endless stretches of mind-numbing boredom.
