Wrangler may not be the best drive around town. It may not even be the most reliable. It isn’t particularly good on fuel, and recently got a 1 star ANCAP rating because the floor failed in a crash test. But, it does look good cruising down Oxford St packed full of brothers and sisters.

MX5 is a perennial favourite with both the girls and the guys. It is completely practical if only you and your main squeeze are the only trippers. It is reliable, inexpensive to buy and run, and fabulous to drive.

BMW M4 is just the ticket for girls who want even more fun. It is good looking and says something about the power under the bonnet, and in the driver’s seat. It isn’t cheap, but continues to be a favourite in its class

7: Kia Cerato

You’re starting out and want safe, reliable, and inexpensive transport that is still fun to drive. Some tell us that it is their 2^nd car, and their weekend car is an MX5. You go girl!

6: Ford Mustang

No top 10 list is complete without Mustang. It doesn’t have the be the latest model. Sometimes a classic is even better. Either way, Mustang says “Power Lesbian”.

Regardless of model, Mini has been a favourite since the 60’s. Now, Mini can be gotten as an EV, so all the bases are covered. She decides how many doors she wants, and how high she wants to sit. She has the power, and she likes it.

2: Range Rover

It’s big, it’s bold, it’s beautiful. It can be had as a diesel and can tow a small moon. It has automated parking, but above all it says, “Get Out Of My Way World, I’m Coming Through.”

1: Subaru Forester

Forester is code for Lesbian favourite. It is safe, rides like a limo, is good on fuel, and drives like a proper car. Many a family holiday starts with packing a Forester chock a block. Lesbians like value for money.
