Hyundai Motor Group (the Group) announced its 2021 ZER01NE Accelerator in the USA.
Hyundai USA is calling for startups and mad inventors to get together with the Hyundai Group to work on various projects. The program plans to unearth the, as yet undiscovered, brilliance that lies out in the community.

Such ventures have yielded fruit, in the past and the possibilities of strategic partnerships of the future show equal promise.
There are 45 projects created by the Hyundai, with eight key themes. Startups are asked to collaborate in areas such as: mobility and logistics, eco-tech, in-car UX, vision AI, AI analytics, materials, drones, and robot material, and interactive contents.
Startups apply a specific project, who will then be reviewed, and if successful, be recruited for participation.
Only registered corporations will be eligible for consideration and can submit their application on the official application website from July 1 to July 29. Results will be announced on September 8th.
Selected startup cpmpanies will be given a project development budget, and could well be elegible for equity investments.
Since ZER01NE Accelerator started in 2018, and 60 teams from nine Hyundai affiliates have worked with 73 startups on 64 collaborative projects. To date, 39 startups have received equity investments from the the Hyundai Group. This ingenious initiative aims to dig out hidden genius that might otherwise remain obscure.
