Hyundai Shares i30 N Sedan / Elantra N Images

Hyundai has let slip some tasty teaser shots of Elantra N (sold as Avante N in South Korea, and i30 Sedan in Australia), the newest model in the N range. This is Hyundai’s 6th N model, Kona N was revealed in April this year.

The all-new   (i30sedan) launched in April 2020, with its ‘Parametric Dynamics’ design theme that Hyundai says looks sporty. Hyundai N designers are said to have used works of art a inspiration.

I can’t wait to unveil Elantra N, an outstanding addition to the N brand lineup that offers pulse-pounding performance. Stay tuned for the digital world premiere.”

Elantra N’s look has racecar bright red N specific side sills that are part of a body kit that better channels airflow. It but gives an impression of a lowered car. As with all go-quick boy-racer hot hatches, there is an N-exclusive rear spoiler.

These are not just there for decoration. They help stop the rear lift by stopping the flow of air  tumbling over the rear edge. This means high speed travel is more stable. The lower rear bumper has black trim and there is are dual single exhausts to further distance it from the standard model.

Elantra N extends Hyundai’s Elantra model offerings, as well as increasing the Number of N’s to pick from. Not all Elantra models are available in Australia, but overseas models include Elantra Hybrid for buyers wanting a greener choice.

Hyundai Motor will reveal more details about Elantra N in the coming weeks.
