Motorshows have been delayed or cancelled over the last 18 months, so it will be a thrill to many that Goodwood Revival returns in a week’s time. To be held Friday 17 to Sunday 19 September, organisers revealed the Entry List and Timetable for the event.
The theme of ‘Revive and Thrive’ lives through the good old wartime ethos of ‘Make-Do & Mend’, which has its own area with a cornucopia of restoration projects to be seen. Visitors will be delighted by the very first Car Boot Sale on the Sunday of the event, which celebrates circular fashion.
As per the previous years, track events will provide plenty of action. Viewers will be able to witness stunning historic cars in their natural environment. One event will see the newly renamed Stirling Moss Memorial Trophy. As well, there will be old favourites like the RAC TT Celebration and Whitsun Trophy, and the John Whitmore Trophy which is a 45-minute two-driver race for Mini Coopers, with a star-studded line-up.
