Polestar 4 Charges to Victory at 2025 Mille Miglia Green

Polestar has taken a triumphant first-place win at the 2025 Mille Miglia Green, with the all-electric Polestar 4 Long range Single motor piloted by Italian duo Mirco Magni and Federico Giavardi. After a steady climb up the podium ranks in previous years — second in 2019 with the Polestar 1, and again in 2023 with the Polestar 2 — the Chinese-owned Swedish performance brand has finally nabbed the top step for the second year running, this time with their sleek SUV coupé.

The Mille Miglia Green, Italy’s answer to electric endurance motorsport, saw Polestar field its entire line-up: the Polestar 2, 3, and 4, dressed in ‘Collezione Mille’ liveries – a tasteful nod to Italian flair, complete with giant numerals in Tricolore tones.

The victorious Polestar 4 featured a 100-kWh battery offering up to 620 km of range*, 200 kW charging, and bespoke Michelin Pilot Sport EV tyres developed in-house with Polestar’s chassis team. According to CEO Michael Lohscheller, “With motorsport in our DNA, we continue to develop cars that win races. Forza Polestar!”

Racers Magni and Giavardi were beaming: “Whether you’re driving a 100-year-old car or one built for the future, Mille Miglia always gets under your skin.”

The Polestar 3 and 2 weren’t far behind, finishing in fifth and sixth respectively – proof the Swedes are in it for more than just style points.
