Polestar has begun Polestar 3 SUV customer deliveries. This marks a significant step for the company meaning there are three Polestar models on the road, including two SUVs.
The first deliveries are happening across two continents, with plans to increase the pace over the summer. The Polestar 3 has received strong reviews from the global automotive media, sparking high customer interest and causing the initial test drive slots to fill quickly. In response, Polestar is offering additional test-drive opportunities at their various Spaces throughout the summer.
In a special event at Polestar’s Gothenburg headquarters in Sweden, the initial Polestar 3 units were handed over to customers. These launch edition models, available in Magnesium and Space finishes, were delivered with a special Polestar gift package to celebrate the occasion.

CEO Thomas Ingenlath stated, “This is a major milestone—our first Polestar 3 deliveries to customers. Test drives will begin at all Polestar Spaces in Europe this weekend. Thousands of interested customers are invited to experience our luxurious performance SUV. Polestar is establishing itself as a global player with an attractive range of electric vehicles.”
Further deliveries are set for Germany and Norway, while in the USA, where production of the Polestar 3 will begin this summer, the first units are being handed over in states like California, Illinois, Indiana, and New York. These launch edition vehicles, finished in Snow, Thunder, and Magnesium, include both Long range Dual motor and Long range Dual motor with Performance Pack models.
Kristian Elvefors, Global Head of Commercial at Polestar, commented, “The popularity of the Polestar 3 has exceeded even our expectations. The enthusiastic media reviews and high demand for test drives reflect the market’s excitement for our flagship electric SUV.”
